A standard aircond service cleans the filters and outer casing — it takes 30 minutes and keeps your unit ticking over. But over time, mould, bacteria, dust, and mineral deposits build up deep inside the coil and drain tray where a basic service can't reach.

A chemical wash goes further. Our technicians partially disassemble the indoor unit and soak the evaporator coil, drain tray, and blower fan in a specialised chemical solution — dissolving the gunk, killing mould, unblocking drainage, and restoring the unit to near-factory condition.
